CRITERIA
Be of Native Hawaiian ancestry or descent.
No minimum percentage or quantum of Hawaiian blood is required.
Pursue an ocean-related career.
Intend to pursue an ocean-related vocation or career, to be described in the essay portion of the application.
Enroll or already enrolled in a marine career training school.
Currently be enrolled OR will be enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited post-secondary educational institution or certificate-seeking program at a marine career training school.
